Terms & Conditions

1. The time shall start at the scheduled time of the driving lesson or if the driving instructor is running late from the time, the driving instructor informs the learner driver of his / her arrival.
2. The driving instructor shall do everything in his power to commence the driving lessons at its scheduled time, but can not guarantee a timely start to a lesson.
3. The driving instructor shall inform the learner driver if he /she is running more the 8 minutes late. In addition He /She shall inform the learner driver of any changes to the driving lesson schedule 48 hours before commencement of the lesson. If the driving lesson time is change by the learner driver then the driving instructor shall be informed 24 hours before commencement of the lesson.
4. If the learner driver gives notice of cancellation of a lesson, the notice shall be given 24 hour in advance. Notice given less than 24hours shall incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the driving lesson fee.
5. The 'Pass on First Go Gurantee' applies to those student that have purchased our 10 lesson package.
6. We shall alocate a driving instructor who shall be the students drivng instructor for the duration of his/her lessons. In an event that for some reason the student is unhappy with the instructors teaching, then the driving school shall replace the driving instructor or if unable to do so shall refund any unused/ remaining fee.
7. In case of a driving accident where a student is driving then, the insurance excess amount shall be shared by the student and the driving instructor in proposion that is equal and not greater than half of the excess amount.
